Photography Lesson 1

Basically i learnt how to take all sorts of photos with different settings. Here are a load of pics i took with short explanations showing how i got the effects.

This pic was done by going into the colour options menu in the custom photograph setting and taking away the colour when taking pictures.

This was done while i was messing with the settings and i found the fluorescent light option and wanted to see what it did.
The above image i did using a longer shutter speed setting to let more light in at a time which gives the car the blurry effect but had to compensate by reducing the aperture or something like that.

The pic right has another lighting setting turned on which makes the colours look different, the camera is compensating by putting green and blues into the image and has over done it but still is a nice image to include.
The last two images along with the one above are done with my personal object (lol) as the main focus, the last two are studies of DOF depth of field. I think they show it quite well, you get this effect by expanding the aperture so it has a wide shot and makes it harder to keep more things in focus, this creates a depth feel to an image and brings attention to things you choose.

                                                          And now the second lesson!
