I came across some more behind the scenes footage of my favorite animation film Avatar, again i will mention i have done two posts about the behind the scenes of Avatar as it is both animation and film and is relevant to both modules.
This video is more directed at the filming side of the film and addresses the obstacles and problems the crew had to overcome to achieve the things they wanted, one of the main things i noticed which relates to my own experience of being in a film crew is that, the actor and the crew must have a very clear picture of what they are creating, the story they are telling, the message they want to get across, the idea of the film as a whole. This is where our team broke down on the second film, i think only i really knew what i wanted the story to be about and now looking back on the filming day it really makes a difference if everyone as opposed to only one person out of 4 knows what to do.
